The PL-EXT integrates a telescopic feature with the exceptional performance of four differently styled top assemblies. Fully collapsed the fixture measures 18" and extends to a full 36" making it at home in an alpine meadow where snow accumulates, or in a lush tropical setting where rapid plant growth necessitates a height adjustable fixture. A variety of Directional Reflectors(TM) (DR) are available for horizontal beam control. Adding an Internal Diffusion(TM) (ID) accessory will create a softer glow with no shadowing. The entire assembly is machined from solid copper and brass bar with stainless steel hardware. The "water clear" lens is fabricated from heavy wall Pyrex(TM) glass tube that features high heat resistance and superior light transmission.
